Mila in Leopard — Relaxing on the Desk
Mila is back in her leopard-print outfit, but for this gallery I wanted to try a more relaxed and slightly more sensual pose.
She is sitting across my 3D-printed 1/6 scale dollhouse desk, leaning back with one arm supporting her while her legs fall naturally over the edge. I like this pose because it feels less staged than some of my earlier experiments with Mila. The slight tilt of her body and head also works very nicely with her long dark hair.
The leopard outfit certainly gives her plenty of character. Together with the white heels and warm orange-red lighting, it creates a nice contrast against the simple white miniature furniture.
I’m really enjoying combining 1/6 scale doll photography with 3D-printed furniture. Building or printing the props myself lets me slowly create a miniature environment around Mila, rather than photographing her only against plain backgrounds.
I’m still learning how to get the most natural poses from the VeryCool Model Body No.6, but every new setup gives me another idea for the next one.
And Mila seems to be getting more confident with every photoshoot.
